Red wire – hot. Red wires serve as secondary wires in 220V lines. Certain switch legs can also contain red wires. Typically, they connect smoke detectors in the house’s power system. When the alarm goes off, red wires help ensure that all alarms sound off as well. Ceiling fan installations have red wires near light switches.
The yellow is 50g weight with 4mm of actuation. The huntsman has just 1mm of actuation distance, and as a red, has about 45g force i'm betting. Kalih reds feel a bit mushier than the Cherry Reds I've used on a Corsair K70. In my experience i would have to say outemu is a much better switch than kailh. Outemu is leaps and bounds ahead of Kailh. Kailhs are scratchy and have a tendency to break. Outemus are much smoother and much better.
